Following 17 years of successful professional experience, Farid Yandouz is currently working as a Change Management Advisor for several large companies in Africa & the Middle East such as BNP Paribas (Africa Operations), Banque Atlantique (7 Countries), Carrefour Group, Bank of Africa, Saham Group (7 Countries), Vivo Energy (Shell), and Valtech (Valmont Group). He is author of 50+ articles around leadership, change and management development in several publications (Check collection at www.yandouz.com). Previously, Mr Yandouz spent six years with Intel Corporation as North Africa Regional Manager (Sales, Distribution, Channel). He also contributed to the business and sales development of Intel in the region, and developed expansion plans to African French-speaking countries. Before that, he spent four years in Paris, Brussels, and Rabat within Orange - Mobistar, Nokia and Devoteam as an Engineering Project Manager. Since 2010, he is managing a team consultants in charge of delivering more than 1500 consultancy days per year for 135 clients (40% Banks, 20% Telecom Operators, 40% Government, Services and Industrial companies) in more than 30 countries. Mr Yandouz obtained the prestigious Chevening Scholarship in 2003 (financed by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office). He graduated with a Master of Science in Operational Management with Distinction from Coventry University. He also holds an IT & Telecom Engineering Degree from INPT Engineering School. Mr Yandouz is also certified Change Manager by ESSEC business School.
